About the Role:
As an International Recruitment Officer within UniSA International, you will play a crucial role in supporting the university’s international recruitment efforts. This includes designing, implementing, coordinating, and delivering recruitment activities targeted at increasing international student numbers in specific regions. The first vacancy focuses on Region 1, with a strategic emphasis on Indian, broader South Asian, and African markets. The second vacancy focuses on Region 3 and involves recruiting international students both in Adelaide and other parts of Australia. It’s important to note that successful candidates may be required to support activities in other markets as needed.

Essential Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should possess a tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field, or have equivalent experience, knowledge, and skills. You should also have exposure to and knowledge of international student recruitment practices, including a track record of implementing promotional activities within budget and on schedule. Your ability to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies, including the effective use of social media, will be crucial. Strong project management skills, including market research, investigative abilities, writing, reporting, and analytical thinking, are required. You should also demonstrate excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritize in a complex team environment.
