Manchester Metropolitan University is recruiting an International Recruitment Manager to join its International Recruitment and Conversion team. The team is responsible for recruiting and supporting international students, developing partnerships overseas, and facilitating student mobility programs. The University aims to enhance its global profile and promote internationalization.
The main focus of the role will be international student recruitment, with an emphasis on finding sustainable streams of students and business through innovative approaches. The manager will also support the account management of one or more Faculties at Manchester Met and aid in developing their strategies. The position will require extensive travel overseas.
The ideal candidate will have experience in international education and student recruitment, preferably within a UK Higher Education context. They should have a proven track record of success, including developing marketing or sales plans and meeting or exceeding targets. Effective communication and collaboration with individuals from different backgrounds and cultures are crucial. Experience of studying, working, or living overseas will be advantageous.
