International Recruitment Manager at Leeds Trinity University

We are currently recruiting for the position of International Recruitment Manager. This is a full-time permanent role, working 35 hours per week. The starting salary for this position is between £37,099 and £44,263 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

The International Recruitment Manager will be responsible for leading the recruitment of students from specific regions. They will develop sustainable recruitment channels and play a crucial role in expanding the university’s international presence. Working closely with the Director of Global Engagement and other colleagues, the International Recruitment Manager will develop and implement the university’s international student recruitment and marketing strategy. They will leverage market intelligence to identify opportunities and stay up-to-date with trends in the designated regions. This role is vital to the success of our internationalization strategy, as well as the promotion of global partnerships, student recruitment, and mobility.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the internationalization of higher education. The successful candidate will be innovative, creative, and experienced in international student recruitment. They must also be willing to travel overseas when necessary.
