The Role
The International Engagement Office is responsible for coordinating the University of Surrey’s International Engagement Strategy. Our university has ambitious goals to increase student participation in international opportunities and enhance the international dimension of the Surrey experience. We aim to improve access for under-represented groups and expand international mobility and other engagement activities for all our students and postgraduate researchers.

This role is diverse and requires a customer-focused individual with administrative experience. You will interact with a range of stakeholders, including students, faculty staff, partner institutions, and colleagues in professional services. Your main focus will be to support incoming student exchange and study abroad activities, as well as handle various administrative tasks.

About You
You should have proven administrative experience and strong IT skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential, along with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. As we operate in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, you must be adaptable, flexible in your approach, able to meet tight deadlines, and ready for new challenges.
