WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a proactive individual who is passionate about maintaining exemplary quality standards at TU London. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues across the campus to deliver services that are essential for the effective operation of TU London. Your primary responsibilities will include providing advice, guidance, and support to ensure compliance with both internal university regulations and external regulations. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer service experience for our international students and providing advice and support to academic and professional staff related to quality compliance. This role involves providing immigration advice and guidance through various means, including individual consultations, presentations, and training sessions. You will also provide operational and administrative support to ensure compliance with the university’s regulatory frameworks governing the student experience.

To excel in this role, you should have experience in minuting meetings or committees to produce accurate, concise, and coherent reports within tight timeframes. Knowledge and experience in working with UKVI rules and regulations in the context of the Student Visa Route is also a requirement. Proficiency in using MS Office and management information systems/databases is essential.

We expect you to possess highly developed communication skills, allowing you to effectively present information to various stakeholders. The ability to make independent decisions within your area of responsibility, using your initiative proactively, is highly valued. You must also demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision, effectively prioritizing your own workload and that of others.
