JOB ADVERTISEMENT – Head of Transnational Education (TNE)
A fantastic opportunity awaits you at Universities UK International (UUKi) as Head of Transnational Education (TNE). As the Head of TNE, you will play a vital role in shaping UUKi’s TNE strategy and supporting UK Universities in their TNE partnerships and collaborations. You will report directly to the Deputy Director (Policy and Global Engagement) and demonstrate exceptional strategic leadership skills.
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, enabling you to represent UUKi confidently at a senior level both in the UK and internationally. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of working in and managing small, high-performing teams within a fast-paced environment. Your ability to engage with stakeholders diplomatically and tactfully is also crucial.
You will take charge of coordinating a team responsible for developing and implementing a dynamic calendar of events and publications. You are expected to think creatively to ensure the longevity and sustainability of UUKi’s work in the field of TNE.
Please note that UUK operates under a hybrid working framework, allowing employees to work from home and the office. While some roles may require office presence, the majority of employees will have the flexibility to work remotely for approximately 60% of their working week. Employees are also welcome to utilize their office space for the entire working week if they so desire.
