About the Role:
The Head of International Recruitment is a crucial role responsible for achieving international student recruitment growth in line with strategic objectives. Reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing, you will provide leadership and direction to an international recruitment team while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Your role will involve developing and implementing effective international recruitment and marketing strategies, based on market intelligence, to meet targets. Additionally, you will be central in building international partnerships and progression opportunities.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have substantial experience in UK university international recruitment and a proven track record in increasing student numbers. A thorough understanding of key recruitment markets and the current international student recruitment context in the UK is essential. The role is based in the UK with hybrid working arrangements, but some overseas travel may be required, and flexibility with working hours is necessary.
