English Teacher Job in Hobart TAS – SEEK

Australian Ideal College (AIC) is currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic teacher to join our team at our Hobart Campus. As a well-established registered training provider, we offer a wide range of vocational courses and English courses to both local and international students in Sydney, Hobart, and Adelaide.

The successful candidate for this position must possess the following qualifications and skills:

– A recognized degree or diploma, along with a CELTA or Cert IV in TESOL (or equivalent).
– A proven track record of teaching General English to international students.
– Experience in teaching students of various proficiency levels and course types.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
– Cultural awareness and sensitivity towards the needs of international students.
– Proficiency in computer skills, specifically MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
