Opportunity Summary:

Location: CQUniversity Rockhampton or Mackay (Relocation support available)
Total Remuneration: $143,796 to $149,608 pa (including salary of $121,510 to $126,421 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

About the Opportunity:

CQUniversity believes in providing quality education, training, and research to everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances. They are currently seeking an experienced leader to join their School of Education and the Arts as an Educational Team Lead. In this role, you will provide direction, instruction, and guidance to Vocational Education and Training (VET) educators and teaching teams. You will oversee the delivery of VET qualifications in various subjects and work closely with the Deputy Dean VET to develop innovative course concepts. The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage staff and embrace change.

Position Requirements:

– Relevant vocational qualification/s at a level equal to or higher than the level delivered
– Knowledge of the education and training sector and ability to respond to market demands
– Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification in adult education
– Previous experience aligning learning outcomes, activities, and assessments with training package requirements
