We are currently seeking a full-time Education Manager to join our team at our Vocational and Educational Training institution. As an Education Manager, you will be responsible for managing the educational, administrative, and financial operations of our organization. In addition, you will develop, implement, and evaluate educational and administrative policies to improve organizational effectiveness.
As an Education Manager, you will also serve as a liaison between educational institutions, students, and the broader community to foster strong partnerships and communication. You will provide guidance and support to both staff and students on policies and procedures, and work closely with academic and administrative staff to design and deliver educational programs.
To excel in this role, you must possess the ability to recognize and address the needs for enhancing both student and staff growth through tailored training initiatives. It is essential to stay informed about educational systems and trends, conducting research and evaluating new developments. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing student needs and reporting findings to improve program effectiveness.

In return for your dedication and expertise, you will be rewarded with a full-time role, opportunities for career progression, and an annual base salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000
