Qualifications & experience:
– Minimum of 2 years of industry experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

Tasks & responsibilities:
– Proactively reach out to potential clients through social media platforms and other online channels to build and manage a pipeline of qualified clients
– Provide personalized advice to help students align their educational pathways with their career goals
– Process applications for international students in ELICOS, VET, College, and University programs, including handling course-related requests such as extensions, deferrals, and cancellations
– Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of students’ applications and documents using the CRM system
– Communicate with partner institutions to inquire about or follow up on students’ applications
– Update and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly application processes to the manager
– Attend professional training and industry events to stay updated on trends and best practices
– Lead and participate in marketing events, including webinars and expos, to engage with prospective students and partners
