ACME Consultants for Migration and Education

Education Consultant:

As an Education Consultant, your main responsibilities will be to provide guidance and support to international students seeking admission into Australian Universities, RTO’s, and Colleges. This includes assisting with course changes for on-shore and off-shore students. It will be important to respond to client queries within the designated turnaround time and accurately enter data into the CRM system. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining long-term relationships with students by engaging with them after they have enrolled. Additionally, you will be involved in content building for marketing posts and may participate in promotional activities as required. Maintaining detailed records of inquiries, admissions, offer letters, COE, and tasks will be essential, as well as meeting monthly targets and achieving a good conversion ratio. Providing excellent customer service, receiving appraisal, and feedback at all stages of the process is also expected.

To be considered for this role, it is required that you have previous experience as an education agent in a lodgement role. Possessing a valid QEAC or relevant certification is preferred. Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in South Asian languages is highly desired. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong time management and organizational abilities, are essential in order to handle the fast-paced and high-volume nature of the job. It is also important to have a genuine interest in further developing technical skills in the field of admissions and education for international students. Attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong team player mentality are highly valued qualities.

Registered Migration Agent:

As a Registered Migration Agent, you will serve as a brand ambassador for ACME, providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on migration matters. This will involve closing leads, managing and maintaining clients, and responding to their queries via various communication channels. You will be responsible for preparing high-standard submissions and lodging visa applications with the Department of Home Affairs in accordance with company protocols and compliance with the Code of Conduct. Furthermore, you may be involved in company marketing campaigns and participate in events and seminars both locally and overseas.

To be considered for this position, previous experience as a registered migration agent in a lodgement role is required. Familiarity with sub-classes like 482, 186, family and skilled migration is expected, along with a valid registration with OMARA. Expertise in Legend Com and the ability to interpret legislations and policies is essential. Fluency in English is necessary, and proficiency in South Asian languages is desirable. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as exceptional time management and organizational abilities, are necessary to handle the fast-moving and high-volume demands of the role. A genuine interest in further developing technical skills in the field of migration law and policy, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative team player spirit are valued qualities.

Salary will be based on experience.
