About the Role

As a result of consistent business and market growth, we currently have several exciting opportunities to join our team. We are currently seeking a full-time Education Consultant/Migration Agent Assistant who is fluent in Mandarin. This role will be based in our Sydney headquarters office and requires a highly professional individual to join our team.

The role will entail:

– Providing professional academic advice to international students
– Communication with education providers to follow up on students’ applications
– Assisting with students’ applications and enrolments
– Assisting students with their visa applications
– Assisting the Migration Agent in preparing documentation for visa applications
– Assisting the MARA Agent in providing timely and accurate advice on visa options and other immigration issues
– Liaising with clients through phone, in person, and via email, collecting visa documents and following up on applications
– Accurately maintaining and updating client files in relevant systems, including working with the CRM system

Skills and Experience

– Fluent in Mandarin
– Experience as an Education Consultant or Registered Migration Agent Assistant
– Stay up to date with changing legislation and policies
– Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
– Strong writing and communication skills
– Professional demeanor with a high attention to detail
– Ability to work independently without supervision
– Superior project management skills and effective communication with the Department of Home Affairs, Education Providers, and other parties
– Strong customer service attitude
