Introducing Code Camp, a program that aims to spark creativity in children by teaching them coding skills in a fun and engaging way. We collaborate with schools to offer after-school and holiday programs that cover coding, robotics, animation, and more. Our mission is to equip children with critical thinking and technical skills to prepare them for the future.

We are currently searching for an experienced Education Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in school leadership, preferably as a former primary school Principal or Deputy. This role is vital in shaping our approach to becoming an essential partner to schools. With your extensive knowledge of school operations, educational strategies, and student engagement, you will guide us in refining and customizing our programs to meet and exceed school expectations. This position is focused on educational strategy and collaboration, with no sales responsibilities. It is part-time and contracted, based on project work. We welcome candidates from a variety of situations, whether you are currently employed full-time and seeking additional opportunities, in between roles, or retired.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Advisory: Provide expert insights into the education sector, with a specific focus on school needs, decision-making processes, and opportunities for curriculum integration.
2. Product Development Insight: Collaborate closely with our product and curriculum teams to evaluate and enhance potential program offerings, ensuring alignment with school curriculums and values.
3. Partnership Development: Advise on strategies to strengthen school partnerships, including optimizing resource allocation (such as computer labs and classrooms) and marketing efforts to effectively reach students.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between Code Camp and educational institutions, facilitating conversations and initiatives that enhance our value proposition to schools.
5. Feedback Loop: Establish and maintain a feedback mechanism with schools to continuously adapt and improve our offerings based on direct insights from the education frontlines.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

– Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Principal or senior leadership role within the education sector.
– Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically when it comes to educational needs and solutions.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and nurturing relationships with educational stakeholders.
– Experience in educational program development, evaluation, and implementation.
– Flexible and innovative thinker with a passion for education technology and the potential of coding and digital literacy.
– Availability to engage on a project basis, with compensation based on an hourly rate.
