Bond University, located in Robina, Gold Coast, is seeking two Domestic Student Recruitment Managers to join their Office of Future Students team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in increasing enrollment conversions by engaging effectively with prospective students in Melbourne and Sydney, respectively. These Melbourne-based and Sydney-based positions will involve strategic planning, building relationships with schools and key stakeholders, and overseeing the execution of in-market tactics to achieve enrollment targets. While primarily working from home, regular travel within the designated region and nationally, as well as occasional travel to the Gold Coast campus, will be required. The roles may also involve working outside of standard business hours. The ideal candidates will be results-driven professionals with strong business development and interpersonal skills. They should have a degree in a relevant discipline and experience in student recruitment or equivalent business development and sales roles. A passion for personalized learning and delivering the best student experience is essential. Previous experience in the education sector, particularly in tertiary, registered training organizations, or high schools, would be advantageous.
