Exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join Swinburne University’s Hawthorn Campus in a 5-year fixed-term position. The role offers an attractive salary with 17% super, as well as flexible and hybrid work options.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Director, International Recruitment and Admissions to develop and execute a comprehensive onshore international student recruitment strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving new student load and revenue targets, overseeing agent and partner performance, and ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements. Improving admissions productivity will also be a key focus.
This role provides the opportunity to lead international recruitment and admissions activities at the Melbourne campuses and influence practices at other locations. Join us in shaping the future of international student recruitment and admissions at Swinburne University!
About You:
To be suitable for this role, you must have proven strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills with the ability to convert strategies into achievable work programs. Experience in growing international student demand and working in international student recruitment and admissions is essential. Strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to manage resources effectively, are also required.
Qualifications:
A relevant postgraduate qualification in business marketing or sales management, along with extensive relevant experience providing advice to senior management, is preferred. Equivalent combinations of relevant experience and/or education/training will also be considered.
