Interdisciplinary Global Programs (IGP) department prepares students for two undergraduate degrees plus language and culture immersion abroad.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Leadership & Personnel/budget Management – 40%:
– Sets strategies for IGP operations, including student recruitment and support.
– Manages IGP budget and finance.
– Leads, develops, and manages the IGP team.
– Expands and strengthens academic host sites and internship opportunities for IGP students.
– Collaborates with NAU departments and units to ensure IGP students’ success.
Student recruitment and success – 35%:
– Enhances, implements, and evaluates IGP programming and recruitment initiatives.
– Places students in internships and education abroad opportunities.
– Develops strategies to enhance IGP students’ success and retention.
– Strengthens recruitment strategies for IGP in collaboration with academic departments and Enrollment Management.
Program Management and Evaluation – 20%:
– Designs and implements processes and tools to enhance the program.
– Oversees project schedules and reports.
– Drives process improvement.
Other – 5%:
– Performs other duties as assigned.
