We are currently seeking a Director of Global Marketing and Recruitment to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will report to the Executive Director (Global) and play a crucial role in driving the University’s international marketing and recruitment strategies. This includes managing important stakeholder relationships, providing guidance to internal stakeholders, and overseeing the achievement of strategic objectives.

Your core responsibilities will involve leading international student recruitment efforts to meet targets, managing education agents and recruitment partners, and leveraging your expertise in sales and marketing to enhance our branding and communication strategies. Additionally, you will contribute to new product development and ensure the successful recruitment of high-quality international students by managing recruitment staff, operations, and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international student recruitment and business development, with strong leadership skills and experience managing professional teams. You should possess exceptional strategic planning and project implementation skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of Australian government regulations pertaining to international students. Effective communication with individuals from diverse backgrounds is essential, as is a willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours. A commitment to cultural diversity, knowledge of current trends in the Australian education sector, and familiarity with equity and workplace health and safety principles are also important.
