**Civil Engineering Faculty Position – Relocation to Kuwait Required**

The American International University (AIU) in Kuwait is seeking dynamic and committed faculty members to join its School of Engineering and Computing. We extend an invitation to individuals with expertise in Civil Engineering to apply for faculty roles.

The ideal candidate is an innovative professional who employs current trends and technologies to create engaging classroom experiences. We are looking for a leader who is an active participant in the Civil Engineering field. Candidates will be expected to teach courses in:

– Energy Efficient and Green Buildings
– Energy, Emissions, and Environmental Design
– Senior Design Projects – Environmental Design
– Sustainability Assessment and Management

Applicants should have the ability to work effectively within diverse communities and cultures. Responsibilities also include developing research programs, supervising undergraduate students, and contributing to both school and university initiatives. A strong dedication to both teaching and research is essential.

Applicants should demonstrate exceptional teaching capabilities at the undergraduate level within their Civil Engineering specialty. Additionally, candidates are expected to take on leadership roles in undergraduate programs, curriculum development, and student mentorship. We welcome applicants who can further diversify our curriculum and who have experience promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion in educational settings.

**Experience:**

Preference will be given to candidates with prior teaching experience.
