Position: Campus Manager – Sutherland Campus
Appointment: Permanent/Continuing, full-time (Level 6/7)
Salary: $84,793 – $104,996 17% Superannuation

The Campus Manager will have a crucial role in overseeing and managing the operations of the Metro campuses, with a primary focus on the Sutherland Campus. This position is vital in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the campuses, fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of academic programs across all sites. A key objective of this role is to enhance educational opportunities for students, enabling them to attain world-class qualifications within their local communities.

Collaboration with various stakeholders will be important in ensuring the integration, efficiency, and consistency of all operational and service delivery aspects across the metro campuses. Working closely with the Pro-Vice Chancellor (PVC), the Campus Manager will contribute to the implementation of UOW’s growth strategy and the establishment of UOW as a leading institution in the Sutherland Shire. This role will also involve engaging with local external stakeholders and representing UOW in relevant committees and events. As the Metro campuses work collectively for the benefit of the university, a strong enrollment growth is anticipated.
