Engineering Institute of Technology

EIT is currently experiencing growth and is offering an exciting opportunity to join the admissions team. The role requires at least 1 year of admissions experience, with a focus on data accuracy, customer service, and compliance with processes, procedures, and legislation. Experience in international student admissions is a plus. The position is based in West Perth at a brand-new campus, providing easy access to public transport, the city, and various cafes and shops. What Will Set You Apart?
– Experience in international student admissions is advantageous.
– Knowledge of Australia’s education sector.
– Familiarity with the Provider Registration and International Student Management System (PRISMS) for reporting student enrolment variations to the Department of Education and Training.
– Attention to detail.
– Ability to effectively communicate and work with individuals from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Main Responsibilities:
– Process student applications and offer letters accurately and promptly to maximize conversion rates.
– Handle end-to-end international student admission process, including assessment, Genuine Student (GS) assessment, and issuing CoEs.
– Prepare letters of offer, GS assessment, and CoEs according to standards and processes.
– Ensure compliance with Company, State, and Commonwealth legislation.
– Maintain accurate records of student and course enrolment details using PRISMS and the Institute’s student management system.
– Communicate with agents, students, and staff regarding admission and enrolment inquiries.
– Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Admissions Officer.
