Required qualifications include a background in business administration, marketing, or related fields, as well as experience in admissions, recruitment, or customer service.

Key selection criteria for the role include knowledge of admission processes, strong organisational skills, adaptability, and resilience in navigating changes in the educational landscape. The successful candidate should hold a current Victorian Working with Children Check, have previous experience in admissions or recruitment in an educational setting, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be proficient in database management and virtual communication tools.

This fixed-term full-time position at Oakleigh Grammar commences in Term 2 of the school year 2024.
