UNSW College, a subsidiary of The University of New South Wales, is currently hiring an Admissions Manager to join their dynamic Admissions team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in leading and managing high-performing teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effectively engaging with various stakeholders. Knowledge of overseas education systems is also required. The Admissions Manager will provide operational leadership to ensure efficient processes for admitting international and domestic students are in place. This role will focus on team building, establishing a high-performance culture, and achieving customer-focused outcomes.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Leading and coaching the Admissions team to deliver exceptional service
• Ensuring the team meets service level agreements for processing applications and acceptances
• Managing and supervising the admissions team, including task assignments and caseloads
• Developing clear entry requirements and conducting audits for compliance and quality assurance

The successful applicant will have:

• A relevant degree and extensive experience, or equivalent knowledge from education, training, and experience
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate a complex work environment and drive successful change implementation
