Roles:
Senior Education & Migration Consultant

Job Summary:
– Provide expert advice on study options and develop personalized study plans for international students
– Review and assist in the process of student admission/enrollment at relevant institutions, including document preparation
– Offer career advice and provide internship opportunities for students
– Provide expert advice on visa options and pathways to permanent residency for migrant clients
– Process various visa applications and submit AAT review
– Stay updated on migration policies and industry changes
– Contribute to marketing initiatives for international studies and migration pathways
– Fulfill other responsibilities and tasks as required by the business, including attending training, marketing events, and travel commitments

Skill Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree from an Australian university or an equivalent education level in a foreign country with relevant work experience
– Strong attention to detail, sense of responsibility, ownership, and leadership skills
– Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluency in English (IELTS 7 or above) and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese), or fluency in Vietnamese or Indonesian
– In-depth knowledge of institution admission requirements and relevant sales experience, including universities, VET, and high schools
– Minimum of 3 years full-time experience in the International Education & Migration Industry, with experience in diverse range visa applications and running marketing events
– Ability to understand client needs and provide prompt and high-quality solutions
– Must have a relevant visa with work rights in Australia
– MARN qualification is essential, QEAC qualification is preferred, NAATI qualification is not mandatory but will attract a higher salary

Remuneration: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year plus bonus

Roles:
Recruitment Assistant/Student Advisor

Job Summary:
– Provide advice on study options and develop personalized study plans for international students
– Process student admission/enrollment at relevant institutions and assist with document preparation
– Assist with student settlement into Australia, including travel services, accommodation, banking services, and more
– Support migration consultant with visa application administration duties
– Contribute to marketing initiatives for international studies
– Fulfill other responsibilities and tasks as required by the business, including attending training, marketing events, and touring events

Skill Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree from an Australian university (or near completion) or an equivalent education level in a foreign country
– Work experience in the industry is highly valued but not essential
– Reliable, diligent, enthusiastic, and willingness to learn, with the ability to work independently under the guidance of senior staff
– Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluency in English (IELTS 6.5 or above) and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese), or fluency in Vietnamese or Indonesian
– Ability to understand client needs and seek assistance from senior staff when required
– Must have a relevant visa with work rights in Australia
– NAATI qualification is not mandatory but will attract a higher salary
– Knowledge in graphic design software is preferred but not essential
– Fluency in Vietnamese language is preferred

Remuneration: $52,500 – $65,000 per year plus bonus
