The role will be based at the University of Southampton’s Highfield Campus. The post-holder will lead on the group’s strategic organisational development, lead operational management, manage external partnership relationships at senior level, and facilitate new ways of engagement. Strong experience of working on strategic initiatives in higher education institutions, funding organisations, or similar large organisations is preferred.
