The London campus of Université Paris Dauphine – PSL welcomes approximately 300 students each year for undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education programs. It has been registered with the UK Office for Students as an English Higher Education provider since 2022. As a result, students of Université Paris Dauphine – PSL are eligible for the UK high-potential individuals (HPI) visa, along with other students from 37 of the world’s leading universities, including PSL.
The role:
The London campus is currently recruiting a highly organized, professional, and motivated Visa Services, Regulation & Compliance Officer for its London campus. This newly created position involves managing visa services and ensuring compliance with the UKVI license requirements. The officer will also be responsible for handling all regulatory data requirements of the organization, including compliance with the Office for Students (OfS) requirements. The role is offered on a full-time basis, but consideration may be given to part-time or flexible working arrangements.
The ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate should have a demonstrable track record of successfully working in student immigration and visa compliance. They should also have extensive experience working within regulatory frameworks. Expert knowledge of the current UK immigration rules and policies, as well as the ability to navigate the current environmental factors relevant to higher education, is essential. The candidate should be capable of providing professional and expert immigration advice and services to staff, students, and their families. Strong analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in using data to inform planning and decision-making, are necessary. The candidate should also possess excellent organizational skills, be able to manage a large and diverse workload, assess associated risks, and meet deadlines consistently. Attention to detail is crucial. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access is required. Experience working in a UK higher education organization and/or a qualification regulator is desirable.
