OVERVIEW The International Programs and Partnerships Manager supports the global engagement goals of the University of British Columbia Okanagan by coordinating international partnerships and programs. Based in Kelowna, this role focuses on the development, management, and day-to-day coordination of international activities that connect UBC Okanagan with institutions and partners around the world. The position works across academic and administrative units to advance internationalization initiatives and support globally focused programming. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Coordinate activities related to the development and ongoing management of international partnerships at UBC Okanagan. – Manage global partnerships, including collaboration with partner institutions and internal stakeholders. – Support internationalization initiatives across the university. – Coordinate international delegations and formal agreements. – Support international programs, including summer programs and short-term international programs. – Work closely with faculty members, students, partner institutions, and international-facing units across UBC.
