Location: Kings Meadow Campus

This position is in the International Recruitment Partnerships (IRP) department and reports to the Head of Strategic Pathways. The role involves overseeing key aspects of our international student recruitment strategy for the UK Campus. This includes managing and implementing recruitment activities to attract students from our campuses in China and Malaysia to the UK campus. It also entails evaluating academic performance of these students and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the role includes leading internal committees and working groups with various stakeholders to manage recruitment quotas, adjust entry and progression requirements, and create new pathways for students from China and Malaysia to the UK.

Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is crucial for this role, as it involves coordinating efforts across faculties and executing promotional campaigns across all three campuses. This role plays a central part in enhancing the interconnected educational experience we offer across our campuses and is essential to our goal of expanding these opportunities.

There may be occasional international travel required for this position, and flexibility and cooperation in working patterns are necessary.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a workload of 36.25 hours per week. Job sharing arrangements can be considered.
