About the Role:

The Travel Plan Co-ordinator will join our small and friendly team to assess our travel planning projects and the effect of staff travel on our policies. Interviews for this role will be conducted in January 2024.

What You Will Do:

– Conduct the annual travel survey for staff and students, from the initial stages to analyzing the data and presenting the findings to the senior team and groups.
– Review and improve the current setup of our group’s sites and promote sustainable travel.
– Handle all aspects of the car parking permit scheme.
– Assist in the collection, analysis, and consolidation of sustainability metrics and management information, including assessment tools, benchmarking techniques, supplier invoices, utility meter readings, and travel and transport analytics.
– Keep up-to-date with relevant legislation, technologies, and best practices by attending seminars, training courses, and specialist events.

About You:

– Must have knowledge of transport policies and sustainable travel modes criteria.
– Experience working and promoting collaboration in complex organizations to break down silo or insular working practices.
– Experience in organizing and coordinating events/activities.
– Experience with developing and implementing IT systems, such as using Google, Fresh, SharePoint.
– Ability to coordinate and monitor multiple projects and action plans with changing requirements and tight deadlines.
