Glasgow Caledonian University seeks a Travel Implementation Lead to lead the implementation of improvements to our travel management services. This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity for two years.

The lead will act as a central point of contact for travel management advice; communicate and provide information using internal communication channels; manage the relationship with travel service suppliers; monitor and report performance; develop trusted working relationships; implement a proportionate approach to travel risk management; lead and participate in business analysis, design activities and preparation of business cases; and ensure that travel policy, practice and service delivery are appropriately aligned with business requirements and customer expectations.

The successful candidate will have a degree or relevant experience and be able to demonstrate experience of building and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, managing supplier relationships, monitoring and tracking KPIs, risk management, business continuity planning, business analysis, solution design and specification, and business case development.
