OVERVIEW The Sponsored Students Officer role supports internationally sponsored students within a globally focused Australian university. Based in Perth and situated in the Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor, Global Engagement, this position contributes to the delivery of high-quality support services for sponsored students. The role is part-time (0.4 FTE) and fixed-term until 22 January 2027, offering an opportunity to work in a collaborative, international education environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Provide administrative and operational support to internationally sponsored students. – Support sponsored students in line with sponsor requirements, university policies, and Australian Government legislation. – Ensure compliance related to sponsorship conditions and regulatory obligations. – Coordinate student events and communications for sponsored students. – Contribute to student mobility, exchange, and study abroad operations within the Global Learning and Sponsored Students team.
