OVERVIEW The Sponsor Engagement Manager role at Cambridge Education Group focuses on building and managing relationships with student sponsors to support enrolment outcomes across global ONCAMPUS centres. Based in Cambridge, England, this hybrid position combines strategic coordination with hands-on engagement, including regular travel to sponsors in London. The role sits at the intersection of recruitment, admissions, compliance, and operations, requiring strong collaboration across multiple teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Support the Sponsor Unit, Sales, ONCAMPUS Operations, and ONCAMPUS Centres in achieving enrolment targets across global centres. – Manage the day-to-day relationships and activities associated with student sponsors. – Work closely with Admissions, Sales, Compliance, and ONCAMPUS Centres to progress sponsored applicants. – Convert sponsored applicants into enrolled students through effective coordination and follow-up. – Engage directly with sponsors, including through frequent in-person meetings.
