OVERVIEW The International Channel Manager role focuses on delivering student recruitment activity for defined international market segments. Based at the University of Kent, this position concentrates on building and managing external engagement channels that support international recruitment outcomes. The role has a particular emphasis on working with influencers, especially agent representative partners, as well as pathway and progression partners. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Take responsibility for the delivery of student recruitment activity for international market segments – Manage engagement with influencers, primarily agent representative partners – Support and oversee relationships with pathway and progression partners in relation to international recruitment REQUIREMENTS WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS International recruitment is a critical component of institutional sustainability, diversity, and global engagement. By managing and strengthening key external channels such as agents and pathway partners, this role helps ensure that prospective international students receive accurate guidance and accessible routes into higher education. Effective channel management also supports ethical recruitment practices and long-term institutional reputation in international markets.
