OVERVIEW The Head of Recruitment Proposition at INTO Manchester is a senior strategic leadership role focused on defining and strengthening the centre’s global recruitment offer. Working in partnership with the University of Manchester, the role shapes how academic programmes, progression routes, and market positioning are presented to international students worldwide. Reporting to the Centre Director, the position plays a central role in aligning recruitment strategy with market demand and institutional priorities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Shape the global positioning of INTO Manchester’s recruitment proposition – Contribute to the development and delivery of global recruitment strategy – Develop and clearly communicate academic propositions to internal and external stakeholders – Influence course portfolio planning, including progression routes to the University of Manchester and other UK universities – Use market data and competitor insights to inform pricing and entry requirements – Support the development of new academic courses and pathways – Work closely with INTO’s Global Recruitment Unit, marketing teams, and market insights teams – Collaborate with colleagues at the University of Manchester – Represent INTO Manchester in international recruitment activities – Undertake occasional international travel as part of recruitment and partnership activity – Provide line management as part of the senior leadership responsibilities REQUIREMENTS WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS International recruitment is central to the sustainability and global reach of modern universities and pathway providers.
