OVERVIEW The Director of Student Recruitment is a senior leadership position at International Business University with responsibility for shaping and delivering recruitment activity across domestic and international markets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Develop and execute comprehensive student recruitment strategies across domestic and international markets. – Oversee recruitment teams and provide senior leadership for recruitment operations. – Manage partnerships with agents and external institutions involved in international recruitment. – Analyzes global student mobility trends to inform recruitment planning and decision-making. – Represent the university at international events and recruitment activities. – Ensure compliance with international recruitment standards and regulatory requirements.
