OVERVIEW The International Promotions Manager plays a central role in delivering direct international student recruitment activity for the University of Kent. The position focuses on achieving enrolment targets across global markets within a highly competitive and complex international higher education environment. Working closely with senior recruitment colleagues, the role carries significant responsibility for translating strategy into measurable recruitment outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Work with the International Student Recruitment Lead to deliver international student recruitment strategies – Manage outreach recruitment activity in international markets – Represent the University at international recruitment fairs and events globally – Manage international offices – Analyse recruitment performance – Provide market intelligence – Support academic colleagues in international recruitment activity – Manage budgets – Network with colleagues across the higher education sector REQUIREMENTS WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS International student recruitment is a core strategic priority for universities operating in a global marketplace, and this role directly contributes to achieving institutional enrolment goals.
