#### Position: Study Abroad Partnerships Coordinator

**Starting salary from £25,138 per annum pro rata, dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £28,759 per annum pro rata.**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join the Global Programmes and Study Abroad Team, part of UEA Global, within the Admissions, Recruitment, and Marketing division. UEA Global staff focus on promoting the University and attracting top international students from around the world to study at UEA, at all levels.

### Key Responsibilities:
– **Administrative Support:** Provide proactive, high-quality, and efficient administrative support for UEA’s study abroad partnerships and visiting student recruitment.
– **Agreement Management:** Administer exchange and study abroad agreements, coordinate enquiries, and maintain databases.
– **Data Management:** Log and monitor survey and mobility data.
– **Website Maintenance:** Support the upkeep of related websites.
– **Promotion:** Assist with the promotion of UEA with its partners.
– **Process Review:** Help in reviewing office processes and procedures.

### Qualifications:
– **Academic:** Two A levels at Grades A-E and five GCSEs at Grades A-C (including Mathematics and English) or equivalent qualifications.
– **Experience:** Experience in a similar administrative role.
– **Skills:** Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to manage a varied workload in a high-paced environment.

This post is available from 4th November 2024 on a fixed-term basis for ten months to cover for the secondment of the existing postholder. We welcome applications for both full-time and part-time working hours (0.8 to 1.0 FTE).
