Job Title: Student Support Coordinator

Hours: 35 per week

Role Details:
As a Student Support Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to support students and assist with application procedures, as well as coordinate Welcome Weeks. You will have significant contact with students and internal staff to ensure that all outbound promotional materials are prepared in advance and that all applications are received in a timely manner. Additionally, you will attend study abroad fairs, process inquiries, and implement conversion activities.

Strong customer service and communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be required to build effective relationships with students and staff from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds. A customer-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in supporting students throughout their educational journey are crucial.
