The Global Opportunities Team at Cardiff University’s Student Futures department is recruiting a Study Abroad Advisor – International to oversee student exchanges outside of Europe. Internal secondments are encouraged to apply for this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, promoting, and managing student international exchanges, providing comprehensive support to outgoing students throughout their exchange program. The Study Abroad Advisor – International will serve as a key contact between study abroad students, Cardiff University’s academic schools, and partner institutions worldwide, working closely with the Study Abroad Advisor – Europe and the wider Global Opportunities team. This role also involves managing a team of two staff members. The position is full-time and fixed-term until September 27, 2024, to cover for a staff member on maternity leave. The salary for this role is £32,332 – £34,980 per annum (Grade 5).
