Job Description:
Responsible for coordinating Trinity University’s study abroad programs and advising students on their study abroad experiences. The role involves advising students on program selection, application processes, academics, finances, travel documents, and safety policies. Additionally, the advisor recruits students for Trinity-led programs through various promotional activities and collaborates with academic and non-academic departments.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage a portfolio of Trinity-led study abroad programs
– Assist faculty/staff in program development and implementation
– Coordinate logistics for programs including travel, accommodations, and activities
– Conduct pre-departure orientations and re-entry programming for students
– Organize workshops and events related to study abroad experiences

Additional Duties:
– Work collaboratively in a team environment
– Adhere to university policies and guidelines
– Attend international education conferences when possible
– Handle routine and confidential matters with discretion
– Perform other duties as needed
