About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused individual to join NCUK as a Student Support Manager on a fixed-term contract for 12 months covering maternity leave.
As a key member of the Student Support team, you will oversee all operations processes within our Student Support team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to all stakeholders and making a significant impact on our students’ success.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will champion the continuous development of student support practices and online systems, playing a pivotal role in maximizing student enrollment and driving the commercial triumph of NCUK. You will be responsible for managing a select group of NCUK Study Centers, continuously reviewing and refining strategies to guide students on their journey to university. Additionally, you will lead a team of three talented Student Support Executives, oversee their day-to-day activities at designated study centers, and facilitate the smooth progression of NCUK students through the university application process.
Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you should hold a degree (or equivalent qualification) and have valuable experience in university admissions and international office activities in both the UK and overseas destinations. Being a strong team player with exceptional leadership and development skills will also be key to your success.
