**Position Overview:**
The Student Support Advisor (SSA) will be a cornerstone of our campus community, providing top-tier enquiry and concierge services. You will enhance student engagement through supporting both on-campus and online initiatives. Uniting local and international perspectives will be vital to enriching our students’ experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Deliver exemplary customer service across diverse populations including staff, students, and international visitors.
– Implement proactive customer care programs aimed at enhancing student success and engagement.
– Clearly communicate all student administration and support services to a multicultural campus community.
– Provide specialized international student administration services, including managing visa enquiries and conducting orientations in line with regulatory standards.
– Assist in fostering an inclusive student representative council (SRC) that reflects the diverse courses and study modes we offer.

**Location:**
This permanent role is based at our Flinders Street campus in Melbourne, offering a dynamic environment for both personal and professional growth. Physical presence on campus is required.

**Your Path to Success:**
To excel in this role, you should have:
– At least 2 years of experience in customer-focused environments, ideally within higher education.
– A flair for outstanding customer service with a positive attitude and an ability to engage with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
– Strong teamwork capabilities and effective communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
– Proficiency in technological tools, including enterprise-wide systems and data management.
