About the Role

You will be a vital part of the Imagine Education team, as the first point of contact for our students. Your role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service related to enrolments, orientations, and general inquiries. Candidate Requirements

• At least 12 months of experience in an office environment.
• Proficiency with office products such as Outlook, databases, Excel, and Word.
• Experience in handling, receipting, and recording payments, including banking activities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work independently.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• A valid Blue Card is required.
• Previous experience in an international education environment is advantageous.
