The Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Student Recruitment / Student Support Officer to join our dynamic Melbourne team. This role is a Permanent Full-Time position starting as soon as possible.
Responsibilities Overview
Your duties will include providing general administrative support, managing recruitment campaigns, and supporting student success from enrolment to graduation. Key tasks involve:
- Leveraging at least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Following up on leads and generating appointments.
- Building and maintaining relationships with students to boost new enrolments.
- Advising on course changes, progress, payments, and compliance.
- Monitoring and facilitating course progress with preventive and follow-up actions.
- Maintaining student well-being support services.
- Ensuring positive and safe learning conditions aligned with regulatory standards.
- Regular reporting and contributing to student support program enhancements.
