Job Title: Recruitment Officer, Prospective Students Office
Location: Fremantle Campus
Employment Type: Full-time, Fixed-term (7 months)
Salary: $72,640 to $80,767 per year (Level 5) + 13.5% superannuation

About the Role:
Join our Prospective Students Office (PSO) in driving the University’s objectives for recruiting prospective students across all programs. This role, reporting to the National Manager of Student Recruitment, is a 7-month opportunity to support the team. You will be part of a national team responsible for engaging and supporting prospective students throughout the entire recruitment journey. Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as high schools and the education industry, is also a key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
– Recruit domestic students for undergraduate and postgraduate programs, adhering to University policies and regulations
– Develop and maintain relationships with high schools and key stakeholders
– Conduct conversion activities, including presentations, visits, guidance sessions, and campus tours
– Assist in planning and delivering recruitment and conversion activities such as Open Day and Career Expos
– Coordinate the enquiry management framework, including lead capture and accurate communication
– Build and maintain knowledge of UNDA programs and admission requirements
– Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
– Travel to various locations within the state
About You:
– Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience/education
– Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
– Experience in student recruitment in higher education
– Track record of student recruitment and conversion
– Experience managing events or projects with strong organizational and planning skills
– Knowledge of CRM principles and systems
– Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Supportive of the objects of Notre Dame as a Catholic University
