**Salary Range:**
£40,229 to £48,456 per annum inclusive, with the potential for progression to £52,095 per annum, including the London allowance.
### Role Description
**Primary Responsibilities:**
As the driving force behind student recruitment events in designated priority markets, both virtually and in-person, you will represent LSE to prospective students and their supporters internationally. Your responsibilities will span undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment, utilizing data insights and market expertise to design and implement engaging recruitment activities within your region. Additionally, you will manage conversion activities, including the ‘Destination LSE’ online event series for offer holders.
### Team Dynamics
The Student Recruitment and Study Abroad team is expanding its international outreach and support services, making this a thrilling time to join. The team is chiefly responsible for:
– **Student Recruitment:** Catering to UK and international students across undergraduate, graduate, and study abroad programmes.
– **The General Course:** Managing all pre-arrival and social aspects of LSE’s year-long inbound study abroad programme.
– **Global Opportunities (GO) LSE:** Overseeing all student-facing components of LSE’s reciprocal student exchange programme.
### Candidate Profile
**Key Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in executing student recruitment plans and meeting targets.
– Confidence in collaborating with senior staff and stakeholders while coordinating cross-institutional activities.
– Competency in synthesizing data from various quantitative and qualitative sources to draw strategic conclusions, make recommendations, and implement changes.
– Effective communication skills with individuals at all organizational levels and diverse backgrounds.
