The Brighten Institute Australia (BIA) is a Registered Training Organisation located in the central CBD, offering AQF qualifications across various industries, including Business, Hospitality, Individual Support, and Leadership and Management Training packages. The organisation is currently seeking a candidate to fill the position of Student Recruitment Manager, who will be responsible for maximising student enrolment by establishing connections with prospective and current education agents, employers, and trainees.
To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in student recruitment, and have relevant experience in the student recruitment markets in Hospitality, Business and/or Health Care industries. They should also have a strong understanding of the student recruiting landscape, including knowledge of cultural, legal, and regulatory factors, and the demonstrated ability to construct and execute successful marketing and sales plans. Additionally, candidates should have outstanding interpersonal, networking, and communication skills, and the capability to work well with a diverse group of people. They should also be sales-driven, able to operate as part of a team, strong in organisation, able to manage numerous tasks at once, and have basic knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Key duties and responsibilities for the role of Student Recruitment Manager include maximising student enrolment by establishing connections with prospective and current education agents, exceeding recruitment targets and KPI standards, providing information to prospective students/agents on the admissions process and courses, establishing a large network of agents in the target nations, and conducting market research and analysis to help with marketing activities and product strategy. The successful candidate will also be required to assist with the creation and production of marketing materials, promote Brighten Institute positively, provide staff training, and actively conduct agents/consultants contract reviews.
The desired criteria that would strengthen the application include being multilingual, having experience in database management and data analysis, possessing strong connections with the community, demonstrating excellent, fluent written and verbal communication, and having experience with B2B.
