Our courses prioritize the changing needs of the digital world and a Student Recruitment Manager is sought to join our team with suitable higher education qualifications and experience. This exciting opportunity involves playing a crucial role in an energetic organization and supporting student recruitment to drive sustainable business growth.

Expressions of interest should address the following duties: managing marketing and recruitment initiatives, creating marketing and sales collateral, developing and maintaining relationships with education agents, overseeing international student agents and their agreements, managing sales and recruitment operations, contributing to the development of new processes, and maintaining the provider registration database.

Essential criteria includes a tertiary qualification in marketing, three years of working experience in marketing and student recruitment, strong knowledge of international student recruitment processes, collaborative abilities, punctuality, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft 365, the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, and fluency in English with preference given to additional languages.
