Join us in the exciting role of Student Recruitment & Enquiries Officer within the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences (MDHS) at the University of Melbourne. In this position, you will engage with prospective students, locally and internationally, to support them on their educational journey towards becoming future healthcare leaders.

Your responsibilities will include providing tailored support to prospective students through various platforms, such as online inquiries, webinars, and in-person events. You will also collaborate with colleagues in the Future Students Hub, report on enquiry trends, and assist with recruitment activities.

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for delivering exceptional service to students and stakeholders, strong communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve and contribute to continuous improvement. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and previous experience in student recruitment within tertiary education are preferred.
