About the Role

The Student Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting onshore international and domestic students. This role will be part of the Onshore Undergraduate Recruitment team and will report to the Senior Manager, Student Recruitment (Onshore Undergraduate). The main objective is to create and execute recruitment plans to maximize the University’s onshore international enrolment outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing the Melbourne Schools Partnership International (MSPI) program, developing onshore recruitment plans, and leading major recruitment events. Effective stakeholder engagement is crucial, as this position involves managing relationships with internal and external parties such as international students, parents, teachers, and education agents.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking an experienced recruitment coordinator with a background in student recruitment initiatives and strategies. Strong written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder management, and a passion for leadership are essential.

Requirements for this role include a relevant degree or equivalent experience, experience in data analysis and reporting, and a current and valid Working with Children Check.
